heute nacht hat es geschneit und heute morgen war auf allen straßen eine fast geschlossene schneedecke. richtig viel ist es noch nicht und eigentlich ist er auch ein bischen verspätet - normalerweise bekommen wir den ersten schnee ende oktober, auch wenn der dann nochmal wegtaut.

it started to snow tonight and this morning all streets were covered with snow - more or less. it isn't that much yet and actually it is rather late this year. usually it starts and of october for the first time, but will melt then.



jetzt ist es aber endlich auch zeit für die autoplane und die motor- und innenraumheizung. wie gut, daß ich einen parkplatz mit steckdose an der schule gemietet habe - für 20 euro/schuljahr, da ist mein auto immer schön warm, wenn ich heimfahren will.

and now it is really time to use the car cover and motor heating. good thing, that i rented a parking place with power socket at school - for 20 euro/ school year.



essen heute:

palermopasta, salaattipöytä, jäätelö ja kahvi
(palermopasta (nicht übersetzbar) salatbuffet, eiskrem und kaffee)

palermopasta bedeutet konkret nudeln mit hühnchenstückchen, sahne (?)-käse-soße und curry (!) im ofen überbacken (sehr klebrig).
am salatbuffet gabs heute unter anderem grünen salat, weißkraut mit dosenpfirsichen, hüttenkäse, restliche eingelegte paprika von gestern und eingelegte karottenstifte.

palermopasta means in this case pasta with chicken cubes, cream(?)-and-cheese-sauce and curry (!), baked in the oven (very sticky).
the salad buffet offered today green salad, shredded green cabbage with tinned peaches, cottage cheese, rest of the pickled paprika from yesterday and new pickled carrots.
